Administrative Appreciation
Ms. Lee,
I wanted to commend you on a wonderful performance put on by the choir the other night. They were outstanding and it put joy in my heart to hear the fruits of your labor. Specifically, I want to thank you and share with you the awe I experienced when I witnessed [student name] and [student name] participating in such highlighted roles during the performance. In short, these two students were to say the least as high-maintenance of students I have seen in the past 6 years, they struggle daily with issues I can't imagine dealing with. Only a couple of years ago, I would have never dreamed of either of them performing in the High School choir concert in such an exposed role.
When I am an old man and have left this business of education, I will look back and remember not the success of test scores or the ratio of advanced scores to proficient, but I will remember vividly that choir concert at the MPF!
Thank you for standing for and with our kids!
My deepest appreciation,
Mr. Kelly Spradlin

Parent Appreciation
Just wanted to again say what an amazing recital Sunday!!! You have yourself some awesome and talented students. I recorded [student]'s performances on our ipad and showed it to my Dad when we got back into Poteau Sunday night. Even though Dad was unable to speak, he never took his eyes off of the screen and I know he is so proud of her. Watching my Dad watch that screen will always be such a great memory we now have.
Thank you,
Middle School Parent, 2017
